Manfred Pearce

ACCA – Managing Partner

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to visit our Website. If you still have any questions after your visit, then please feel free to contact me, personally, and I will be delighted to answer any of your questions. Manfred is the Co-founder and Managing Partner at YEANIS CONSULT. He is a Chartered Accountant and Business Consultant with over 15 years of professional experience working in the public and private sectors providing accounting, auditing, tax and business advisory services. Manfred has experience managing and supervising assurance and attestation engagements of International Development Organizations, INGOs, Private Institutions and Government entities. He provides business advisory services: tax, internal control, financial management, strategic planning, and performance management; he has supervised and managed auditing engagements in accordance with international standard on auditing (ISA). He has extensive years of professional experience, having provided cutting-edge services to leading and established institutions in Liberia, Sierra Leone, and United Kingdom. Manfred also work as an Associate
Lecturer at the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone.
His specialty includes Financial Reporting, Financial Management, Corporate Governance, Internal Control and Risk Management, Sourcing and Management of Funds, Tax and Regulatory Compliance, Due Diligence, Group Restructuring, Project Management, and all services related to accountancy and finance. Manfred completed his ACCA qualifications in 2006 and is a graduate from the University of Bradford, UK with a BSc (Hons) Accounting & Finance; the University of Huddersfield, UK with an MA Accounting & Finance. I understand the pressures of running a business Being a Managing Partner myself, I understand how it feels and I use my own life’s knowledge to supplement my professional experience and qualifications. In addition to my portfolio of businesses, I also assist a good number of non-resident clients to invest and establish businesses in Liberia, Sierra Leone and other countries in West Africa.

Mr. Wajdi Hamdan

Information Technology - Consultant

Wajdi Hamdan, a Biometric Time & Attendance Technician and Endpoint Support Technician at the Central Bank of Liberia (CBL), excels in managing the Biometric Time & Attendance System and providing impeccable customer service as an Endpoint Technician. His responsibilities include staff enrollment, technical support, and troubleshooting endpoint issues. Wajdi holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental/Industrial Chemistry from the University of Liberia and boasts a diverse range of certifications, including finance and data analysis. His expertise and educational achievements reflect his commitment to professional excellence and growth

Blamo Wreh Nimley

 

ACCA, CFE, CPA(Lib), - Partner

Mr. Nimley is a Partner at Yeanis Consult. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) United Kingdom, a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in Texas, USA, holds an MSc in Accounting from Northampton University, UK, and a licensed practitioner with the Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA).
His professional experience spans over a period of 12 years, serving in various capacities in both the public and private sectors in Liberia. Before joining YC, he served as Technical Focal Person in the office of the Deputy Minister for Fiscal Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning in Monrovia, Managing Partner at Alliance CPA, Inc. He was also Senior Auditor at Concern Worldwide, and an Accountant at Golden Veroleum, and has facilitated a series of accounting and management training sessions. 
Blamo is also a licensed tax practitioner. His expertise includes Audit and Assurance Services, Taxation, Internal Controls and Regulatory Compliance, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Company Secretarial Services and Strategic Business Consulting
